Truly one of the worst experiences from beginning to end. Had rented at a different location, they didn't have a truck available and sent me 20 mins on the high way in another direction. The guy barely knew what the hell was going on. He ended up putting the wrong drop off location and when I tried to drop it off in Toronto, I was threatened with a 350 charge if I left it at the location I had come to (because the Niagara region manager told me to take it anywhere in Toronto, but the guy in the store placed the drop off in Niagara-on-the-lake for whatever reason). So I was on the phone for 2 hours on hold just to get the drop off location complete. I will likely look up every possible option before using Uhaul again. Truly the worst moving experience.

I recently rented, had problems with the front-end, pulling and very loose could have been a tire problem or the mechanisms behind the tire. I called the reported it. They're gonna send a service rep. By the time we were done unloading the truck, the service rep still hadn't come, so I returned the truck back to where I picked it up. This is not the first time I've rented from you hall, but it is the worst driving vehicle. I have gotten from you.
Brandon BIt took me almost half an hour to get the truck after I showed up. Horrible parking location, it in the Tim Hortons drive through lane. Took me 10 minutes to even leave the spot because cars were bumper to bumper. Worst experience I've ever had with U-Haul, not sure if I would use it again.
