It took me almost half an hour to get the truck after I showed up. Horrible parking location, it in the Tim Hortons drive through lane. Took me 10 minutes to even leave the spot because cars were bumper to bumper. Worst experience I've ever had with U-Haul, not sure if I would use it again.
