The vehicle felt like it was going to die; transmission would slip in lower gears and the truck would jump, steering wheel malfunctions feeling like it needed fluid and hard to steer, super loud idoling making it sound like the truck was gonna explode. The app check in was a ridiculously long process and trying to get the keys out with the provided lock on sight was stuck. Definitely overpriced and scary feeling like your moving vehicle is going to stop working. I would check that vehicle asap before it dies on someone or leaves them stranded.

Where the truck was parked, the grounds were trashy. Using the app was challenging. The first call I made, for help, the agent hung up on me. When I called back, Hazel bent over backwards to help me & get me on the road. Hazel deserves TOP recognition!

App and website was down for pick up and drop off. Worst experience EVER.. what happened to pi king up and getting a papee copy from a HUMAN. SO MAD!!! I was at site at 9 22 am. Kept getting an error message FROM BOTH APP AND WEBSITE...OOPS SOMETHING WENT WRONG TRY AGAIN. No ,just very sad.

The amount of fuel makes was not the amount in the truck. I just filled it up when returning so I didn't get a fee.

Your sales person referred to the location as a new location where in fact, it’s literally just a remote pick up/drop off as a part of a gas station. I think when you sell this location to customers, you need to be very clear what it is. Also, when they asked me to change my reservation from my original location, they didn’t mention that it was probably a good 10 miles from my original location. Your instructions mention that the driver should adjust the side mirrors. The mirrors were completely totally locked and no way to adjust them.
