At this location. Gibbons Alberta the woman kept dealing with her other customers and left us standing while she reached past us to sell chips and pop. Then when we all were loading ourselves into the car she ran out and told me to move the truck to the back. Very rude and unprofessional behaviour !TERRY O.
Prioritize ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS MOVES NOT JUST IN THE CITY! I ordered a truck TWO MONTHS in advance and you couldn't respect that because I was moving outside of the city. You changed my order 5 times and blamed me for not being organized when your companies policies are the one to blame. Correct bad business practice and maybe then will people respect your business.corina B.

Truck was out of gas, when I was told it had 5/8 of a tank. Need to keep trucks in a more secure location to stop theft of gas.Richard W.
Better training for staff. Unfamiliar with regular rental procedures. Had to input most information myself. No walk around was conducted either before or after the rental. The wrong odometer reading was used at the beginning, which would have cost me $40 if I hadn't caught it.David H.
Hi, i was charged 356.00 and I only rented it for 3 days, it was $29 a day and I ended up paying way more a day for my uhaul, they never told me that it would be way more money, I thought it would not be more than a couple hundred dollars, I feel lied too and ripped off, very upset for a single parent and your company is misleading and going call trouble shooters at the news to get too the bottom of this, ive been a customer for 20 plus years and really upset about what they charged me for a 3 day rentalDawn C.

The trailer was full of sand and dust Also had a very low pressure tire left rear and no help to to pock it ip to hook up un the hitch I have returned it washed inside and out air in the tireSerge P.
The gentleman that was working in the store had to try and communicate with someone that was hard to understand one the phone. Then he had me on the phone. I not given any information before hand and had to drive all the way back to Edmonton to arrange the banking then drive all the way back to Gibbons to make the arrangement to pick up the truck.Gloria A.

I commend the staff at this location...very considerate & helpful, HOWEVER, there is a fundamental problem ... there is no information given BEFOREHAND about the equipment needed for renting a trailer (hitch size and wiring style). I happened to have two hitches and a wiring converter but what if I didn't? I also had to â€œtradeâ€ a wiring harness off another trailer because the one on the trailer I was renting was not long enough. What if there was no other trailer there? Also it is completely ridiculous that a 6x12 trailer does not have a jack to raise/lower the trailer onto different heights of hitches on different vehicles. There was only a (very kind but) older gentleman with back issues on site who had to rig a pry system to help â€œliftâ€ the trailer on pickup and drop off was worse, having to lift again. This was time consuming but more importantly makes it not only IMPOSSIBLE for a single person to pick up or drop off a trailer alone and NOT AT ALL SAFE for ANYONE! Poor company policy if this is the norm! 👎👎Marcia D.

Trailer was parked behind another Trailer, that I had to move myself? Service person was friendly but I think he could use some training, had to call for help, this made service slow, but not in a hurry.Lorna J.
Issues with pick up. Set up for online pick up for 9am. Logged on to pick up then got a message that we had to pick up in person but not till 9:30. Delayed our move and the people we had coming to help us. Very very frustrating. And then to get a truck that we had to fill up right away delayed us again. Vehicle was given to us with less than a 1/4 tank of gas. Vehicle needed maintenance, new tires or balancing.Elizabeth M.

The wrong address was provided to us for pick up, and we had to wait for the invoice to be processed in a busy grocery store and the system was down. The owner was very nice and accommodating, however better system needs to be in place for small town pickups.,Linda H.
