Don’t allow this person to be distributor for UHaul!! This is a gas station with mini-mart. Not only was the man unfamiliar with the system, he was difficult to communicate with, he kept asking me to step aside while he check out store customers!! I am still unsure what he was doing but I had movers that are paid by the hour waiting for me so after over 20 minutes I just paid him so I could leave! Then I get out to the truck to find no hand truck or blankets! He went “to get them” and brought back an appliance dolly, when I said “no a hand truck, even explained what it looked like, the he cam back with a flat 4 wheeled dolly. My head was about to explode!! I said forget it just give me the blankets then he shook is head and told me he had no blankets! All in all cost me an extra hour of my time I had to round up old throws from my house to make sure my furniture wasn’t damaged! This was the worst UHaul experience I have ever had!

Poor service, didn’t say I returned the vehicle and I got charged 35 bucks which I am still in the process of contesting. Don’t go to a gas station for a u haul go to an actual location

Pick up experience took 30 minutes, staff was difficult to communicate with, truck was dirty. Lengthy process for simple rental

The attendant had no idea what he was doing. Took me over 45mins to rent the truck without another person waiting to rent. Didn’t have the appliance dolly I needed. Over charged me for furniture pads, Safe Move & furniture dolly. Then tried to convince me to take a furniture dolly that I didn’t want.
