The attendant had no idea what he was doing. Took me over 45mins to rent the truck without another person waiting to rent. Didn’t have the appliance dolly I needed. Over charged me for furniture pads, Safe Move & furniture dolly. Then tried to convince me to take a furniture dolly that I didn’t want.

Didn’t do an ID check and never received paperwork confirming I picked up the vehicle. Just handed me the keys.
