I had called 2 days before my reservation pick up to confirm the reservation, and I asked which address to pick this up from, because I was reserving in Harrisonburg, VA but I thought there were a couple of different locations in Harrisonburg. I spoke to a nice guy who confirmed my reservation and I was told to pick up from the main Harrisonburg, VA address on 145 E Kaylor Park Drive. I got there on the morning of my reservation and the lady there told me that they did not have a truck for me and that I was supposed to be picking up in Fort Defiance. She was not at all friendly or helpful or sympathetic. So I had to drive an additional half-hour the opposite way from where I needed to be, and then when we got there, the little gas station had one truck, and the check out process took almost an hour b/c the only option the guy had was through the app, and the app would not work to load our drivers licenses or my card payment. It was a nightmare. I had movers waiting for me for almost an hour because they couldn't do anything until I got back with the truck.

Put gas in and we only used it for was 11 miles ! I pulled up to gas pump put extra gas in! It was above 1/2 tank. What I was told by the man. Called him and he was very rude ask if I took a picture of the gage ? I said you told me 1/2 tank and pulled it up on his phone. I was charged for gas and almost $12 so that was $22. For 11 miles. Not sure that he could be trusted again.
michele rThe place I rented the U-Haul from the gentleman could not speak hardly any English he messed up my reservation he did not know how to fix it then he said it was you host fault that we were being overcharged and once we went to the U-Haul place in the location that we were dropping off that they would fix everything for us and it would be fine. When we dropped off at the U-Haul place I was not the case we were told we had to call the 1-800 number. Now I'm waiting for a manager to call me back
LORI SHard to understand them. Rented a 6x12 trailer. Asked them to help me and they would not. The tong on the trailer is very heavy. even with a jack not easy at all. Will never go there again. Trailer pulled great. Will rent again. RDG
