The interior windshield had to be cleaned by myself as it was dirty. Otherwise the vehicle was very clean. I did have some issues with the final bill as I was charged in miles when the odometer was in km. Took a few days to resolve, but with help from Zach the field manager we were able to get this resolved.CRAIG F.

No one told me I had to put a deposit if I was paying debit. The quote I got when I booked it and confirmed it was 150 with tax and it ended up being 164! Plus the $100 deposit. No impressed by that.SAMANTHA K.

The people at the location was very nice to work with. There's an issue with the online booking system getting the right information to the vendor when picking up a truck that needs to be fixed. There's a clear disconnect. I did like the pictures sign in when picking up the unit. There's less data heavy ways of doing that and I think that should be taken in consideration as not everyone wants to upload half a doz pictures on there data plan.Alexander F.

Make sure the man working is aware of mobile pickup. He didn't know what I was saying, thought I worked for uhaul and if not for someone calling him to confirm my pickup at the right time I wouldve been there a while.Jenna C.

Again so simple super easy. Called my just before to give me directions. Quickly processed and stuff very friendly. Easy and nice. No improvements needed!Melissa M.
First of all if you open at 8am be at work for 8am not 8:20am. Have someone working the counter that has even a â€˜general' idea of what they are doing and how to use the system. Between pick up and drop off almost 2 hours of my time was wasted for nothing. Online my rental was $129.00 for a 26ft truck for 2 days and 451 miles. I show up to pick it up and he tries to charge me a total of over $800 and only for 250miles. Luckily the district manager was there and fixed it all for me but not until after over an hour wait time. I then return the truck and the 250miles was still in the system instead of the 400+ that I agreed to. Nightmare especially when trying to set up my moving day.Spencer A.

Moved the pickup to this location and did not tell me. Same thing happened to another renter we both went to extreme car rental and were directed here. Wish you told me ahead of time. A real waste of my time. Guy at Franklin was nice enough but prefer the other location which I have used beforeWILLIAM G.

rented the truck for one day (24 hours). it was to be dropped off at 6pm. this location advertises their closing time as 6pm. I arrived at the location to drop off the rental at 550pm to find it closed. I left the truck and dropped the keys in the drop box. when I received my bill I was charged for an extra day. I called this location and the person working for the mechanics shop said that they in fact close at 5pm and not 6pm. and that they would have someone call me back . no one did call me back. I called 3 times. and no one has called me back thus far.sonja A.

This was a location that was new to uhaul customers. My return location was apparently incorrect, as they could not find my name is the database. I told them that the previous location (mariners motel) had informed me that my pickup location had changed. After about 20 minutes of a half hour, he said everything was good to go. Very welcoming atmosphere, and it was apparent that he was not the problem. The problem is uhaul. After a terrible experience with uhaul and not one discount provided for my inconveniences, I will look elsewhere for a truck. Very unfortunate.Aaron O.
