The service was very unfriendly, very mean almost and a very poor attitude when handling the u-haul transaction. There was a discrepancy over mileage traveled that the office was saying they could not do anything about and just said "the system this, the system that" without trying to resolve and look into the issue, they kept pushing it off and moving past the situation. There was mileage there that I did not travel that I had to pay for, and the whole time it was denied there was a pissible mistake and it wasnt attempted to be resolved.

- How about trucks are released to customers with a full tank of gas, instead of 1/4 tank. - booked with uhaul well in advance specifically asked for 15' truck, uhaul did notify me of this and only had 20' available. - the drop off of truck in another city was poor service at a variety store. Staff made me go and take pictures of odometer and gas level and the whole process took much longer then needed, they should stick to selling potato chips. - after reading poor reviews from the initial pick up location, i needed to contact uhaul to request a location that has an early pick up available - if i was moving from one home to another and had a strict closing time i would not use uhaul, id pay a little more and use another company like Enterprise

The only issue is we were not provided a key to lock the back door of the truck. Other than that, no issues whatsoever.

A deposit was made for the rental but getting my money back for the overage was like pulling teeth. I spoke to about 6 different people who all told me different things. Promises were made but not kept. Two weeks later and I'm still fighting for my refund. Most frustrating experience ever!!

I booked 10" truck but was told on the spot that it wasn't available. So, I had to opt in for a 15" truck, which costed me more but I had no option.

The guy there helped me out , i was trying to do the mobile pick up but it was stuck at trying to obtain location. He took care if me quick and in such a friendly manner. I felt very thankful for hishelp.

Take pictures of everything; mileage and fuel, cabin, truck box. Get your own moving blankets($10/dozen) and if you do, MAKE SURE they remove the moving blankets for the truck otherwise when you return it they will make up a random number and tell you that you did not return the moving blankets... Why are there moving blankets that come with the truck when I paid for them, ANYWAYS? They tried to charge me $30 PER blanket when I had left some of my own brand new(but doused in fuel, thanks, by the way) in the truck box. Unreal. Take pictures of EVERYTHING don't get scammed.

This location is excellent. The owner of the facility is extremely friendly and knowledgable. Location is next to a gas station which is very convenient. Well lit parking for return in the evening. The truck I rented had doors that did not seal well so wind noise was very loud especially on the highway. Otherwise everything was good.

Make sure vehicle is cleaned out before next person uses it, also dont provide a pick up time for it to be changed the day before last minute.

I filled my tank back to where it was but it wouldn’t let me upload the picture when I dropped it off so I called and left them a message saying I could send the picture if they needed it. Then they ended up charging me a 30 dollar fee and 30 dollar worth of gas but I had the proof so I had to call customer service and send the picture and was reimbursed but basically they tried to rip me off. If I didn’t have the picture proof they would’ve got away with it.

I rented U-haul for 2 days, I was charged for 3 days. I never asked for insurance, I was charged for 3 days insurance. So annoying

The location supposed to be open at 8am but it was closed until 9am. The rented truck had a significant vibration at the steering wheel so it was really hard to drive on highway.

I reserved the vehicle the night before online. I specifically declined the Safe Move $16.00 coverage. The representative added the $16.00 charge to my bill and did not bring it to my attention. When I received the final invoice total I immediately contacted the rep at Franklin Auto Masters. He said the charge comes up automatically and refused to reverse the chare as it was "too late". I want the $16.00 fee removed from my credit card. I would like to speak to a quality control representative from Uhual regarding your online reservation platform and I would like to know why the representative at the time of pickup would add charges that I specifically declined online. thank you.

The air conditioning was not working. We were not informed that we had to pay tax on the .89/km. The rental should be advertised as $1.01 per km !

I used to u haul from last 10 years always I got very good service buy yesterday Wen I got truck & I lefted up back door it’s really stinky & very bad smell coming. & I have this truck 24 hours till last minute bad smell same so I want u to be make for next time well cleaned & pleasant. & I rented moving cart &it’s not fair enough as well.

The customer service was friendly, quick and easy There seem to be hidden rates… When you book your truck online, you can select additional equipment at an additional cost (Dolly, boxes, etc). I did not select any of these options and still received a dolly which seems to me like customers may be getting scammed. I was told that the truck had 3/8 of a tank of gas (in between a 1/4 and 1/2 tank as it was explained to be by the representative) he went on to say that if the truck comes back in that range, I would be waved the gas charge. The truck came back within that range and I am fairly confident that there was virtually no change in the gas needle however, he proceeded to charge me $19 for a gas charge Upon rental he asked how many miles I would be travelling. I estimated I would be travelling 10 miles. He presented the predicted cost to me as $68 if I travelled 10 miles and it would be less if it was under and if it was over, it would be an additional $0.68 per km. I ended up travelling 14 miles and was charged and additional $18. My predicted cost of $68 ended up being close to $100. This is clearly a result of rediculous hidden costs. A more transparent agreement with your customers would be much more respectable

I tried to check out online. Still had to go through and check in at the location. The included mileage stated at that time was much less than what the rep said it would be when they called to switch pickup locations. That was concerning but had no other option. Did not seem to get charged for the extra mileage so it must have been included, just the locations info was not accurate?

I was given the wrong truck in the beginning and then went through a whole ordeal to get the right truck. Was told I would save money since everything was messed up but they charged me more when I returned it

Used pick up truck 10”. Already fueled up before return, i have recipt as proof. Still i got charged for $15 for gas. Lol. I drove only 17 mi and put almost $25 fuel. Doesn’t make sense. It is not about money, it is about honesty. Not recommend this location to anyone.

You should keep tank on full...not half...dash said 14.9 litres per kilometer...I drive 22 km. = 3.27litres...Petrol station Shell, 3.8litres ...buddy said gauge is under half... other than that a very pleasant experience.... PS, I gave five bucks to the next customer... would rent again no doubt... :)
