Tim SWas told when I requested a Auto Transporter that it would be within 20 Mile Radius of my Zipe Code 33980 Port Charlotte. We had to drive 70 Miles (140 Round Trip) to Seabing, , Fl. It was a real hardship having to waste a 1/2 Day plus $50 Fuel Cost to get Car Transporter.

michael fMy wife and I have rented about 6 or 7 trucks and about 7 or 8 trailers in the last 2 months, from Fowlers furniture, Mulch n more, Nanas place and dropped at 4411 chapel hill boulavard u haul, we also have 5 storage units there. All rentals with excellent service and friendly helpful and curtious staff. That's a lot of U-haul business The experience we had at Franklin place Crossville still has me steaming, The lady was so retarded and rude it was unbelievable, She made the experience as difficult as possible and it took an hour and a half to get our rental, then we were given a trailer with a flat tire and she couldn't change the number and had to start all over and couldn't get anything right, and made such a drama. In the end I had to call u haul manager on the phone and get him to sort it out on speaker phone, she then tried to grab my phone and when I wouldn't let her take it she walked off and wouldn't finish the booking and told us we couldn't leave with out her changing the number when the manager on the phone told us we could leave. Seriously I would never go back there or recommend anyone go there she was that retarded and rude, I don't usually bother with reviews but she deserves this one.

Amy CThey were closed when I got there to drop off the trailer. I had to unhook the chains and straps myself in the rain and then drive my SUV off the trailer in order to be ready for the crew to unload the truck first thing in the morning on the following day

linda mMost of the problems stem from Uhau.com. Worst rental experience in my 72 years of living. No returned phone, calls. Nothing working on automated pickup. Rude employees EXCEPT for the last lady that helped me from West Virginia. It was just awful and YOU SHOULD PAY ME!!!
Victor WI used this location a couple of times and have been satisfied. This is the first time for 24/7 pick up and struggled with it. However the truck they gave me this time was clean but felt very unsafe driving it. It would shake going down the road and felt like it was coming apart. I was afraid to get it up to hiway speed because of it. Also, the brakes were very slow to respond. This is the first time I've had a bad truck or a bad experience with Uhaul so it won't deter me from using you again.
