Would not even talk to us about the dropping of trailers and Uhaul truck. said we had to unhook trailers ourselves and do the check-in online but I had no link to do that and they would not assist us in any way. Horrible attitudes

The online check out process is a bit complicated and time consuming. I had to pay for 1, yes 1, extra mile even though your system changed my pickup location to one that was a number of miles from the location that I chose, which was near where I was going, costing me gas, time, and mileage.

There seems to always be an issue when going to this location. When we first moved their website was down and they told us we couldn't drop off but we didn't have a choice since we were returning to TN that day. Then this time around the computers were extremely slow and it took about an hour To receive the paperwork. I'm not sure if it's the system or what but that may be something they need to work on.

The smoke smell in the truck was very overwhelming. If you are going to allow people to smoke in them, you should have something to take the smoke smell out before the next customer.

Your website isn't up to par!!! I spent 20 mins on it just to not have my photo ID not match and had to do it all over again at the local site. Very frustrating. It should be easy and smooth. Really not good enough in today's online age, imo. RR

Made me hook up the trailer myself. First time I have ever had to hook up uhauls equipment myself. I rented a 6X12 trailer and should never had had to lift that heavy trailer onto my hitch. Was totally unprofessional. I did all the online check in as well as added my drivers license photos and still was asked for all my information and took about 20 minutes to get my trailer after I had already filled out all information and paid.

We walked in asking to rent a truck from Saturday to Sunday -- 1 day -- and were told her HAD to rent for 2 days because no UHauls were open on Sundays and that UHaul would make an adjustment on the charge and refund us the extra day if it was dropped off night drop on Sunday. Brand new truck with 2500 miles (RECORDED wrong on contract) broke down in Rock Hill, SC less than a mile from UHaul drop off location yet it was driven and then towed to Charlotte, NC. The mechanic that showed up wanted to know what WE did to the vehicle. Hello, we drove it from one city to the next, unloaded it and a very loud ticking noise started occurring on the way to drop off. Good customers tat we are, concerned about the engine, pulled over immediately and called. We COULD have driven that less than a mile and dropped it off and let it be UHauls problem. Nope, we cared. OUR MISTAKE! Mileage added not at our using. Then when we called about requesting the adjustment, we were informed that UHaul doesn't do that and that we'd have to contact the renting location who, upon contacting them, stated they can't find the guy who checked us out and told us this fabrication!! Have been dedicated UHaul renters for over 20 years (vehicles, trailers and storage units) and because of this, BUDGET gets our business in the future!!!! TYVM for a lousy experience UHaul!

The only issue I had was that we had to return back to same location. Which cost double mileage....meaning getting more of our money just to return to the same location we picked the truck up. We were driving to the next county over. We were pressed for time because our other reservation was canceled so we had to go with it to get the right size truck we needed. Everything else was great, availability, customer service and all.

The employees walked right by me and kept walking by me until I almost had to tackle one of them and ask for help. Then the employees were so rude it made me so uncomfortable. I'll never go to this place again.
