The online registration process SUCKS. If you're going to have someone sending pics of themself and their driver's license, how about do that at the time of the reservation from the comfort of home? Standing in a convenience store for 30 minutes is NOT how I want to spend my time when I have folks waiting for the truck and to help. This was an AWFUL experience. And then make me resend a pic of the DL because a corner is cut off. GTFO!!Donald K.

Luckily I got the insurance beforehand, because I was charged the $150 deductible for a scratch/dent I did not cause. I was told it was my fault when it 100% was not. I'd rather go to a U-Haul place further away than return here; I don't trust the employees here.JEFFREY F.

Frank's Marathon was a great experience, they obviously know what they are doing. Only suggestion I have is that you eliminate the amount of paper for each rental. I had 9 sheets of paper for the rental. ThanksJoseph A.

When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, some man without and sort of shirt or name tag approach my vehicle and started asking me a bunch of questions about what I was doing there and if I was leaving my car. They didn't allow my to do the no contact pickup and I had to go in to get keys. The guy followed me around and kept asking about the car I drove there. I also didn't reserve my rental here, but at another location. I should have received $50 since they called me and said it wouldn't be available but instead I had to pay additional mileage due to going further away to get this truck. Cost me an extra $9.80 in mileage. Last time I'll use UHaul.Josh Y.

I took my dodge van which has a retractable ramp for a wheelchair. It also has a lowered running boards. Per U-Haul pre rental instructions I took the car to Frank's Marathon for inspection. The owner acted surprised that I was asking but said it should be alright. The plastic cover on both left and right side running boards cracked, apparently from tubing against the dolly when the truck turned corners. When I showed it to Frank's Marathon owner he said â€œthat's why I always tell people not to use a car dolly when they have customized vehicles and that I should have rented a four wheeler trailer â€œ. I guess I'll make an insurance claim on my personal insurance.Richard S.
I overpaid on gas because the gas needle was not moving. Would have been nice to maybe get a credit or something for overpayment. But overall still satisfied and will return if needed.Kimberleah S.

Make the app user friendly and faster. Upon pickup I had to spend 30 minutes trying to find the truck, take pictures, and provide alternate forms of contact where UHaul called a family member of mine in the middle of the night all while trying to navigate a slow and difficult app before getting on the road. Ultimately I had to go inside where the helpful staff got me taken care of in only a couple minutes. PLEASE IMPROVE THE APP.Mathew W.

I reserved my Uhaul for pick up at the 3919 Parkway Ln Hilliard location and received an email confirming this. The day of my rental, I get a text message telling me my reservation is for the 3116 Riverside Dr Columbus location. While it ended up working out, I am not appreciative of having my confirmed reservation changed; particularly since I was not in a position to fight Uhaul about the change.Colin B.

The online portion took too long to process. Had I known that I needed WiFi to complete that portion in under 1/2 hour, I would have done so before leaving home. I lost a significant portion of my reserved 4 hours waiting on the website to load each step of the Check-in process.Anthony B.
