Our U-Haul had a check engine light and had trouble going over 45mph. We notified the staff at the location and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. The U-Haul felt unsafe to drive and we were not offered any solution to the issue.
Katelynn KThe 15 ft truck I rented was missing a wheel on the sliding back door. The missing wheel cause the door to get stuck at times. Other than that, this was an amazing experience. The staff was exceptional and the service and price was amazing. I am definitely coming back for my next move.
Zack RNothing they were on the spot very friendly when we went to return it I’ve had to put a little gas in it. The guy already came out. Check the vehicle wrote the mileage direct me where to park it because I still needed to unload a few things out of the van super nice and very on the spot. I will always use this location.
