Tina STruck/equipment was fine. Our only issue is the Attendant did not listen or pay attention to the reservation details and mistakes were made with the reservation. It was corrected by U-Haul representatives after a few phone calls to the regional office. The attandant just did his own thing instead of discussing the details that would have been an easy correction to make.
