Loved the truck we had, great shape and handled well. The app glitched (again) and made us think the pics didn’t take but the man in the store was really nice and helpful. He helped us complete checkout.
Johnny KPickup started great — the first guy was friendly, clear, and easy to work with. But the experience changed fast when another employee walked me to the truck. He asked where the gas tank was, and I glanced at the gas gauge to confirm the side, something I’ve always done. Instead of listening or letting me explain, he immediately started yelling at me for looking at the gauge. He kept repeating that he “didn’t say gas gauge” and wouldn’t hear anything I tried to say. The way he reacted was completely unnecessary, aggressive, and honestly pretty shocking. It turned what should’ve been a simple handoff into a really uncomfortable moment. Thankfully, drop‑off was handled by a different employee who was polite and helpful, and the rest of the process was easy. It’s really convenient that you just pull up to the gas pump to drop off the truck, too. But that one interaction with the second employee really affected the overall experience.
