Everything was fine for me. I didn't have any problems or major issues at all. I'll recommend this particular location to anyone. The service representative we're through and very knowledgeable of any and all information needed. So if you need a Uhaul rental go on over to Frank's on Riverside Road, they'll treat you right.

Cozet RCustomer service is really slow, they ask personal questions, I have a decor company, I rent from this location often and spend a minimum $150 every time I’m in which is almost every weekend. After we set up we like to park the uhaul back at the location to make it easy for our staff that does tear down to pick up the uhaul. Yesterday a staff member decided to look in the uhaul after questioning one of our staff members for our intentions with the vehicle.
Kassim KStaff was very friendly and helpful.
