While they were nice and friendly nobody even took us out to the truck we asked him to bring it up cuz it was raining nobody showed us anything about the truck they give us wrong information about where the trailer is being picked up in the cost, and the unit of all things needed a front end alignment bad it made the whole trip miserable.

No fault to the location, but I selected to remove the Safe Trip $5 fee. When I picked up, it was at the location they said they couldn't do anything about it. They mentioned I could call UHaul directly. Knowing that this wouldn't probably end up with a refund I didn't call.
