JENNIFER Bpassenger side mirror was lose and we were constantly having to adjust, whilst driving 70 mph usually. Also the check engine light was on the whole time we had the truck. Althought thankfully we did not have any problems with the engine, which I was always checking the indicator light for all systems. Other wise, it was a great experience.

Anthony AThe service was fine but the truck was well worn. Transmission sounded like it was hanging on by a thread. I didn’t have to go far but it road quite rough when full. Ultimately it was a fine experience but this is my 3-4th time using uhaul and have had great experience with their gear in the past.

ANDREA SExtremely rude staff. Acted inconvenienced by me. Bed of truck had standing water in it. Driver side door wouldn’t shut unless you slammed it. Alignment was so bad the steering wheel had to be turned in the 9 o’clock position to keep straight.

Jill AI was given a very dirty truck with a significant crack in the windshield on the driver's side and a driver's side window that wouldn't roll up (it was January and freezing). I was told that no other trucks of my size were available at the location. Since I'd already paid, I had to go through UHaul's roadside assistance to be assigned another rental (which I had to drive to another location to get). This was a bad experience overall, I would not recommend this location.

Eddynson GThe customer service experience wasn't great. The man at the counter was not helpful and seemed generally uninterested in making the sale.
John LDriver's door did not close/seal, there was a visible gap. I don't expect a rental truck to be immaculate but the dash and cupholder area was visibly coated with dirt.

Christopher SI was charged extra for 2 gallons, while I took pictures of dashboard in bth location pu and drop off, I added fuel little bit extra still I was charged. I called back and said that the truck is parked on dirt yard it might be leaning, please park on concrete and check the fuel. He said I can give another number, when I called she said I will give another number to discuss with 🤦♀️ then I was like I gave up no problem I will pay. In short this place need better management and paved parking yard. Thanks

Elaine HPerson working would not help with our drop off due to physical limitation. No jack or other equipment available to take trailer off back hitch, had to do myself. Super dangerous. These places should be staffed to be able to assist with drop-offs and have proper equipment/tools to do safely.
Charles HWhen I returned the truck I parked and was following the return process on the uhaul app when an associate at Franks told me I parked in the wrong place, and told me to "get the fuck out of the truck" to which I was completely shocked that someone would say such a thing. I have rented from Uhaul several times and have never been treated so poorly by someone. It is unfortunate that Uhaul allows a location with such poor customer service represent them. I would hope that Uhaul will address this issue with Franks Marathon and refund all or part of my rental.
