Was switched to this location via text a day before renting. Original location, Castle Rock, failed to secure my truck yet continually reached out about hauling something for uhaul. After explaining to the CR location I am a single dad, this new location will require me to secure child care and an Uber, they didn’t care nor did their supervisor instead explaining the dispatch number should’ve explained to me uhaul doesn’t guarantee trucks at a location even with advance booking. My costs were an additional $150 to do all the above. Will never rent from you again, and happily explain on my google review so others dont either. Awful.

Scott LThe smaller trucks didn't have height clearance to stand up 3 of the items of furniture we had so we had to lay them down . Always measure the height as well as length and width to make sure that you have enough room in your truck of choice . Also accommodate for the wheel wells inside the box. This location only had one truck Available, however the process and customer service was excellent.

Levi LWorked well as a drop off spot due to its location. Very little interaction with staff, told where to park the truck and to call the 800 for final paperwork.
