I was so upset with Uhaul for moving my pick up location last minute and all the way across town, but when I showed up, I was met by the sweetest man. He was friendly and understanding and so very helpful. At drop off, he saw how tired I was and made sure it waa an swift and easy check out. This location was a little far, but had a wonderful experience.

forged my signature, to charge me an extra day, insane and absolutely fraud. oh and they tried to charge me for gas that I put in it. Total scum bags and regiment criminals. If I had the time I would kick their ass in small claims court.
justin dI was supposed to pick up the Uhaul truck in Castle Rock and was informed to pick it up in Franktown, this was an extra 10-15 miles. I was told that i would be credited some mileage due to picking it up in a different town, but was given no credit. Other than that the experience was great.
David FThe one thing I did _not_ like was that there was a extra dolly and moving blankets that we did not order/request taking up space that was needed for boxes. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars.
Shari SImprove the pickup experience. I had to wait 25 minutes after arriving which ruined my experience, with little help at the location since all the services online were held up.
