Change the UHaul website to reflect that this location doesn't have contactless pick up. And opens at 9:00 am instead of the reported 8:30 am. I had a crew sitting around with their thumbs I'd their a$& because of these inept issues.Marty C.

Trailer was given to my wife with damaged light cord. Trailer or lights were not checked prior to letting her leave with it. She ended up coming home at night with no lights and I repaired it myself to make the light work.brian H.

I paid for one day rental for the truck and it totaled $77. Fat day the truck got stuck in the mud in my driveway which I immediately reported to the owner. Several people were unable to get the truck out of the mud until four days later so I was of course charged the rental fee for all four days which wasn't so bad. However when I checked my account I noticed that instead of charging me $181 for the four days they charged me $277 and then they also charged a second transaction a $375. This equaled almost $700 in charges that were not mine.. because of this my car payment check bounced for my checking account and cause overdraft fees plus insufficient funds fees plus I had to have a late fee for my car payment. So a $49 rental ended up costing me almost $1, 000 and none of this has been refunded to my account yet and it has been over a week. Therefore I would not recommend this company to anyoneAmy B.

Not make them head out of there line of travel to pick up rental equipment when the place you go out of your way had four Pieces of equipment , I did a pre-register online and uhaul called and my time's got changed for earlyer pick up time , so not only i had to adjust my plans once but two times for my trip , the equipment I rented was awesome towed very nice and I was pleased with itDavid H.

I tried for over an hour to use the mobile check in. It is a total JOKE. Wasted one hour of my life. Made many phone calls to be placed on hold and no one ever returned. Was sent to the Traffic Dept and waited on hold until the location opened up. Took him less than 5 min to have me on my way. I was an hour late to my pick up and had to wait there for three hours to get back in line to pick up cabinets for the wife. If you are going to offer the on line check in make sure it will work. I tried it on line, thru the APP. and nothing would work. I was told at one time the photo will not up load. I find this hard to believe now when I open the app on my phone there is one of the photo i uploaded for the check in. Not happy with the pick up service, the location did a great job the unit was ready and clean, I was able to drop off after hours with no problems. Just got off to a very bad start with your pick up service. NOT A HAPPY RENTER Dale GreenDALE G.

Again I would not recommend Uhaul in general to anyone. Though our drop off dealer was nice and helpful, our pick up dealer did not know what he was doing and called Uhaul and they just pushed the contract right through though nothing on it was correct. So when we turned in the Uhaul the dealer had to call and Uhaul immediately charged our card, again, over double what the contracted price was. The distric manager called us after I called Uhaul to find out why they went ahead and charged us again. Only to find out that he couldn't give us what was originally quoted to us. We have used Uhaul in the past and did not hesitate to use them this time. But I will NEVER use them again, nor will I recommend them. Worse moving experience of my life. But the man at Free Change Auto was very nice and tried to help us.Joseph K.

The pick up I had on my reservation was for CGI in 1616 west 4th st Ontario Ohio. Was not where I needed to pick up the truck. I called them and they informed me I had to drive New London, Ohio 39 miles farther away than I agreed to. The CGI people let me know they don't move trucks around. Poor service. Not Convenient. I had 10 people waiting to move and they had to wait for us because the pick up was 40 minutes away, instead of the agreed 10 minutes away. Poor service U-Haul. I will warn my friends.THOMAS K.

Was at location between 1150 and 1155.. Went to door marked Entrance was locked .. The place said closed at noon.. Checked truck key was in it figured the left early left key in for us.. Brought it back they was in shop and yelled about taking uhaul.. Told him tried door marked entrance he said that door stays locked.. then valled us liars said we was there after noon.. we wasnt.. My location was changed two days before I was going to pick up and I was not given the size trailer I reserved. So I had to take a bigger trailer at a more expensive price. Other than that the pick up and drop off were easy and the trailer pulled very well.andrea D.

This is not the place that I booked the truck from. They called me on thanksgiving day and told me that this was my new location. Twenty miles one way further. Also I had reserved a ten foot truck and uhaul changed it to a 26 foot truck. The dealer canceled my booking and rebooked. Will you pay for my additional time and mileage? Terrible experience.GARY K.
