I never remember having to pay .079 cents per mile pulling out of the drive. Won't be renting U haul in the future.
MICHAEL C.I needed to extend my time for the rental and no matter what I did I could not get through on the website. Nothing worked that I did to contact them. It always sent me back to the beginning of the site. I had to go the next morning when they opened and the truck was already reserved for someone else but I still had a load on it to take off. They were kind enough to take a bigger truck and the guys at the dealer were gracious enough to rent it to them for the same price, but it cost me what seemed an outrageous amount for the two days. I couldn't pick the truck up until after church on Sunday but I had to get the keys at 9:00 and didn't get the truck until after 12:30. So I really only had it for 23 hours. If I would have chosen not to go to church and started doing what I had to do at 9:00 then I would have only needed it for the 24 hour period. I just felt that since I couldn't pick it up until then because that's when I was using it that's what I should have been charged for.

Jim and his son are really nice too and they always have trucks and trailers in stock when i need them. thanks guys
