While I wasn't happy about the inconvenience of not getting my preferred pick up location, the staff at Freedom tire were friendly and professional. One of the best customer service experiences with a U-Haul location ever.

Place is absolutely cluttered and full of cat hair. Cats rubbing up against you while doing transaction. Just rude attitude. Demanded I bring back to location I got it from not able to drop at another U-Haul center because they needed it back for there property.Made me go completely out of my way to return. Smh., U-Haul do better!

I had to have a road service call because the ratchet strap was jammed on the car hauler. U Haul compensated me appropriately and I am grateful for that.

I rented a car dolly, for $40.00 your computer systems were down and could not get it the first 2 times I went to rent it. Also the amount of paper work involved is just rediculous I mean it took over half a hour for me to get thru it. In this modern age you need to revamp this ordeal to make it faster easier, and simpler.

The lady at the counter has no people skills. She did not listen or accept what was done online. She could not grasp the concept of what we were trying to do, only told us how it could not be done. Eventually, someone who knew what to do was able to help us which would have been easy if she would have just listened to us in the first place.
