The U-Haul was a complete mess, there were blue stains all over the floor, rice was everywhere, and the dolly I specifically included and paid for in my order was not provided. It took me about 30 minutes to clean out the U-Haul which delayed my move significantly and the lack of a dolly made moving all of my boxes incredibly time consuming. I am very disappointed by this experience.

This is the worst pickup experience. Picked up the U-Haul with the fuel light on and pointer at zero. I wasn’t sure it I would make it to the gas station. They have no equipment expect for blankets. Basically this is a party store in a “not very safe” area. I recommend you never pickup from there. The guy had no answers to any questions about the rental. He basically charged my credit card and handed me the keys.
Majd NThe location is a drop-off point, but doesn’t have equipment. As a result, they could not provide the dollie we needed. The truck had been in a serious accident and had damage to the front. It also had a pile of moving blankets in the front seat. It didn’t seem maintained at all.

NOAH LWas difficult to get the truck via app on location. Had problems and had to call support. Personnel at location didn't know what the location barcode was that I had to scan, then had other issues with the app that needed to be forced by support.
