When picking up the truck the clerk told me she couldn’t bring up the uhaul website to check me in. We waited around for 45 minutes with no progress. We suggested she call someone and a gentleman from uhaul customer service checked me in over the phone. When I returned the vehicle the next day I was charged $72 dollars for “refueling”. I put exactly the same amount of gas back in as when I checked the truck out. I had to call customer service to get the charge reversed and they were extremely helpful. This is my first and last interaction with the above location and I would not ever recommend them. I have used uhaul in the past and things like this have never happened. I have nothing against the company but I will never use that location again

The inside of the truck cab smelled like cigarettes. The self service promoted in the app for that specific location is not actually self service since you have to go inside the gas station to get the keys which should be located at the locker. The persons in charge of the location could not help me with the issue I had when doing the pre trip inspection at the time of uploading the pictures.

They didn't honor my reservation, notified me 2 hrs before closing the night before when i was supposed to be the 1st pickup in the morning. made me drive an hour out of my way, Gave me a really disgusting truck and said well, its the only one!

No appliance dolly couldn’t not get refunded. Paid $100 for a useless truck because I had no dolly to move my appliances. Customer service couldn’t help me

The store sa9d tye fuel was full, it wasnt. The box interior had a bad smell The cab had no cruise control And the mirror was floppy And the cupholder and door pocket has trash and sticky stuff

My complaint is that this was at a convenience store and his other customers came first before finishing up the rental.

second time at this location and both times had a problem. first time the reserved truck was not available and had to wast over an hour finding another location. this time the 'computer' didn't work. took 40 minutes before they called haul directly for help. that was after i called haul directly for help. lost 45 minutes of time for a full day of moving.

Online reservation 48 hours in advance was easy. Pick up was easy. I filled out all of the forms and uploaded my drivers license ahead of time to speed up the process. From the time I showed up until I left with the truck it took about 8 minutes. Returning the equipment was easy. Truck was clean enough.

They try charging me $600 and extra equipment fee after dropping off because of SOMEONE ELSES mistake. And on top of that, I have gotten no response from them at all regarding it. If this was Y drop off location, how is it wrong drop off? Like seriously?

Charged me for extra fuel the was not legitimate, I filled up at their gas station, but was charged $50 in fuel. Gave them a month to make it correct, never happened.

It was dangerous there was razor blades, broken glass, dirty sock,and underwear in the back. Up front a tissue with what looked like blood. Ac did not work didnt even blow.
