I only drove the truck approximately 60 miles while I had it and got charged for 285 miles. I had the truck from 9:30 am to 2:55 pm and the truck was on empty when I got it. I put $70 worth of gas in it and filled it half a tank plus the truck was filthy dirty with trash in the cab and several loose nuts in bolts on the floor of the cargo area!

How U-Haul Reviews WorkGas Guage was on empty when I got it. Several empty pop cans and bottles in cab & cigarette ashes all over the console. It smelled really awful. Driver side door didn't shut well
carmen kWhen picking up the truck the clerk told me she couldn’t bring up the uhaul website to check me in. We waited around for 45 minutes with no progress. We suggested she call someone and a gentleman from uhaul customer service checked me in over the phone. When I returned the vehicle the next day I was charged $72 dollars for “refueling”. I put exactly the same amount of gas back in as when I checked the truck out. I had to call customer service to get the charge reversed and they were extremely helpful. This is my first and last interaction with the above location and I would not ever recommend them. I have used uhaul in the past and things like this have never happened. I have nothing against the company but I will never use that location again

Kelly TThe inside of the truck cab smelled like cigarettes. The self service promoted in the app for that specific location is not actually self service since you have to go inside the gas station to get the keys which should be located at the locker. The persons in charge of the location could not help me with the issue I had when doing the pre trip inspection at the time of uploading the pictures.
