Was charged for dolly and blankets that were not there. Nobody to call or contact. Will tell my friends to never rent here.

Trailer had a severed strap. Should have been noticed by U-Haul before we picked up.
Michael HI had a terrible experience here, the employee did not know how to remove the trailer. He halfway removed the trailer and then gave up through his hands up in the air and told me to deal with it and said that it was a U-Haul not him that has to do it which again he works for U-Haul because he’s a contractor for you guys. He then proceeds to tell me that if I drive off and something happens, U-Haul will take legal responsibility. I had to call U-Haul customer service just to have them come out here because he didn’t want to do it and his manager forced him to do it. He left me stranded there for over three hours, and it was the most disgusting experience I’ve ever had.

WILLIAM BThe trailer needs to have electric brakes. There is no way to control the trailer brakes on Icey roads. I drove over 200 miles in icy conditions & had two close calles due to no brake control.

Chawna TCabin had a little bit of trash left in it. I found a candy wrapper and a tube of lip gloss. Also, there was drink splatter on the drink console. Other than that, the equipment was in great shape.

I had to wait 15 min after my scheduled pickup time for someone to arrive to get me situated with the trailer. When I returned the trailer, there was inadequate staffing again, so I had to unhitch the trailer and park it myself without assistance.
