The drop off site was a liquor store. I spoke with the manager of the store and he told me where to park the truck and where to drop off the key. No issues.
Brad DWas charged for dolly and blankets that were not there. Nobody to call or contact. Will tell my friends to never rent here.
David HTrailer had a severed strap. Should have been noticed by U-Haul before we picked up.
Michael HI had a terrible experience here, the employee did not know how to remove the trailer. He halfway removed the trailer and then gave up through his hands up in the air and told me to deal with it and said that it was a U-Haul not him that has to do it which again he works for U-Haul because he’s a contractor for you guys. He then proceeds to tell me that if I drive off and something happens, U-Haul will take legal responsibility. I had to call U-Haul customer service just to have them come out here because he didn’t want to do it and his manager forced him to do it. He left me stranded there for over three hours, and it was the most disgusting experience I’ve ever had.
