The beginning mileage was wrong on the truck. The person giving me the truck did not review anything with me just gave me the paper in a little envelope and we left. When I got to the new location I explained we went 18.9 miles (only had the truck 6 hours and moved during the process) but yet the mileage said we went 100 miles which was obviously wrong. The person at the drop off location in Frisco said he would fix it. He obviously didn’t fix it because my rental covered 60 miles (only drove 18.9) and my card was charged for an extra 40 miles. Oh and I wasn’t even told when booking the rental that I wouldn’t be reimbursed for mileage below 60 miles so I was expecting a refund that I am not getting because we dropped it at another location (which I was never told). All in all bad on BOTH pick up and drop off.

Location wasn't the problem. Your online service as bad as it can get. I had to go through THREE locations to find the equipment I needed. After finding a location I was given the wrong phone number (it was a PRIVATE number) to call. They put in the wrong time (9.15 PM) AND they had the WRONG date to pick up equipment. I was sent all this info via EMAIL....I certainly hope I don't need to use you again. BTW the location DID NOT have the equipment I wanted but he at least rented something bigger for the same price. You need to look at your ONLINE service. It's FUBAR

The guy working there was 20 minutes late for no reason. Also U-Haul needs to fix their online pickup service because I made a reservation for 8 am that could not be fulfilled. This location does not have truck share capabilities and does not open until 10 am. There is a clear lack of communication between the online service and the physical locations across the country. I also only received a 50 dollar refund when I think I free trip would have been the correct compensation for the huge inconvenience I experienced.

This place was a dump and the owner was a annoyed at doing his job. He told me the truck was full of gas, when it was not. And he yelled at me when I told him where I parked. Then followed up by telling me the neighbor is an ass hole. Super unprofessional and inappropriate.

The truck had a bad pull to one side while driving. The customer parking area, to leave your vehicle in while using the truck(s) was not onsite nor convenient when it looked like there was some available.

So this place was very dingy. Nothing worked. The 19 year old looking girl got there late and internet wasn't working, printer wasn't working. She marked my rental as 1/2 tank of gas. I went to inspect and showed her that it was well below 1/2 tank and was really about 1/4 tank. She agreed and said that she'll make a note and to just notify the drop off location. That didn't happen and I still got charge $20.45 after putting more gas than what I had got.

Guys stayed after closing to accept our return which was wonderful. Called about buying back our unused boxes and lady on the phone was rude and wouldn’t accept them

The return was very smooth and easy. The 24/7 pick up takes some time and customers should know that it can take 15-20 mins for the entire pickup approval process when doing it via your phone. However I do love the process.

it would be nice to be able to call the local Ft Smith Uhaul dealer without going to call center.

Couple of things, 1. They were not there, left a note saying they would be back in 20min (from when?) I waited a half hour and they never showed. 2. I called U-Haul and they specifically told me they NEVER answer their phone at this location. I ended up having to download an app to check in the trailer and it took me 20 min more, still nowhere to be found. Also, customer service on the U-Haul line is lacking. Go to the one in prosper, forget this place.
