Maybe I will recommend it. I made my reservation on the website to pick up the truck using the express pickup in another location. Then a representative called me saying that the pickup location would be this one. My pickup time was 3 PM and I ran late and my reservation got canceled. I asked why my reservation was canceled because I was going to use the express pickup and no need to interact with anyone. besides no call, no text, etc. The person at the location was rude but reinstated the reservation. The person at this location can use some customer service training which is really important in this business.Luiz B.

Your pickup process is lengthy and extremely inefficient. I took me over an hour to be able to ralk to the 24/7 pickup area and then when I did get a live agent, who was helpful, took another 20 minutes. There is nothing that was done this morning that could not have been completed during the initial rental process. With all the AI available this can be streamlined and more user friendly and more efficient.Bill W.

The tail lights for night driving didn't work. I had the young man watch as I applied the brakes and signals, which worked, but the running lights were not working, and he told me they worked. Before I left that night, I had to find the problem and fix it myself. The jumper you have that is removable had been dragging an wore the wire down and broke. I had to shorten it and splice it back together.Michael S.

How can they make 3 mistakes at one time. 1. Wrongly charged day rental. I rent and return to the staff with in 3 hours but charged me 2 days and double charge with insurance. 2. Overcharge me on the mileage driven. I took the picture before I drove so I know the mileage i drove. But they blindly over charge me on the mileage. 3. Overcharge me for the fuel. The time I started to drive the fuel not completely full and when I return the truck I did fill out the gas to the same level. But they over charge me on the gas.Arun O.

Both pick-up and drop off was bad experience.I went to drop the truck but the online process was not working at the end of process it was failing after completion of all steps. Tried several times without any luck. Called customer care and wait time was 40 min. Remained on call for 30 min and left the truck. Again had to visit today to handover the keys and complete the return. Overall very bad experience and waste of timeShivendra S.

Well I dropped off my truck and some young kid took the key and said â€œ you're all set, we'll email you a receipt!â€ Next day I receive a call, asking if I'm taking the truck back. I tell them the truck went back the same day I used it they say they'll call me back, I never get a call back. Then I get a receipt with a $21 dollar gas charge and it states that the gas was on empty when I dropped off. So this kid never checked my truck back in, someone drove it left it on empty and I got charged for it. Super unprofessionalGeorge R.

Worker was very friendly, don't know who maintains the trucks, but it was 80 degrees out that day, the engine/transmission case cover that's by your feet was not sealed, had a gap, causing extremely hot air from the heat of the engine to blow onto my ankles and was very uncomfortable while my foot was on the gas pedal the entire drive in the uhaul truck. Worker did not seem to care when I told him about it to maybe fix it for the next person to rent that truck.Tyler C.

The young man gave me a truck that was dirty with mud stains inside the truck. The truck made a weird noise also. The truck battery light was on and I requested a new truck that was still dirty. It was a little cleaner then the first truck. He did not look at the truck before I took the truck to make sure it was in good condition. He just told me to upload pictures to a link I could not get to open. I requested the link 3 times and recieved a error message. I would not recommend this location to anyone.Sharon S.

Bill was very rude, when I arrived I stood there for 5 min while he continued his phone call and did not even bother to acknowledge I was there. He was not very welcoming or friendly during the rental transaction. Upon returning the vehicle he was not at the office just a note left on the door stating he would return shortly and a phone number to call. When I called the phone number and advised had rented a truck earlier and was returning it he abruptly asked â€œWhat do you need" he offered no direction on how to proceed. I had to ask if I needed to just leave the keys in the drop and box; to which he very condescendingly replied to just leave the keys in the dropbox and he would check the truck in 20 minutes or so when he returned and send me an email. I will not return to this location again.PHILLIP M.

The trailer I received was very difficult to open and close. It was obvious the trailer had been used for quite some time and was in need of new paint and some maintenance on the rolling door. One of the taillights did not work. It looked like the wires had been pulled apart inside the trailer and never repaired, which would be a fairly quick job. The location had no moving blankets available, which I had reserved and paid for online, and was told I wouldn't need a dolly, which I also reserved and paid for online and wish I had during loading. The owner was quick to get me checked in and equipment attached, but the location is moderate at best in terms of cleanliness and presentation.JOHN H.

I can't believed what I experienced! Racism? Stereotype? I get mistreated because I am an Asian. First the customer service crew demanded me to step 6 feet back away from him coz â€œ I m gonna give him and another customer â€œ covidâ€ That crew is extremely nice to other customers ( white/ black/â€¦) but to me . The only Asian. I feel extremely offensive and mistreated! He violently grab my license , throw the paper at me. Using all the demanding and ordering tone to me but other customers! Is that Uhaul's culture to mistreat and be hateful to Asian? I was in rush to rent a truck that's why I didn't confront him right there but I feel very uncomfortable. After all these Asian crime. I personally experienced that in Uhaul office Thank you Uhaul! For promoting Asian hate crime! I need an official answer and refund for my ride or I m gonna contacting my family lawyer for any further legal action!ChunNam C.

Unfortunately the person was not thete in person, had to call him to cone back to the shop , 15 minutes later. He was very rude asking me to stand 6 ft away which is appropriate but when I said I prefer to stand at the door he offered me to leave and cancel the reservation. I called to check on opening hours for Christmas Eve and ability to return unit early. A lady called Portia advised they were open until 4pm and could return the trailer any time prior to then. On arrival at @ 2pm a male employee told me they were closed. He "helpfully" explained to me that it was Christmas Eve, (which I was aware of and was specifically why I called in advance to verify if they were open) and as he wasn't the person I spoke on the phone, I would just have to do self check in. I unhitched the trailer and left. Would not recommend Mr Ebenezer or this location to anyone, let alone a friend. Merry Christmas.ANDREW W.

Truck had a bad battery and aways needed jumped to start. Customer service was of no help when I called the central help number and just wasted my time. Truck was dropped off after hours and didn't have a chance to discuss with rep but I did make comment in the comments section and indicated I did not want to accept charges as is due to this issue. Received an email the next day saying I'd been charged. No phone call to discuss or resolve the situation. I would expect some kind of discount given the hassle I had to deal with each time I needed to start the truck. I did not want to waste time returning the truck to switch it out. Hard pass from me using Uhaul next time.Alan J.
