Wesley GOwner is crusty. Young lady at the desk was lovely. Young man on the lot was okay. He smiled and was pleasant but not very in tune with the situation. He knows how to tell you when you will get your receipt but wanted me to drive 10 miles up the road to fix an issue bc he didn’t know how to do it. Never occurred to him to call his boss, Mr Crusty. But he finally did and the owner came back to the location. Didn’t take him long at all to fix the issue. He definitely knew what he was doing. Wish it had been him who secured my vehicle to the dolly. Not friendly but very knowledgeable of the equipment. Mr Crusty didn’t speak to me but did ask the young lady if I was supposed to be there. Not sure what that meant. This was the location I picked to drop off my rental truck. So yes I was supposed to be there and two days early i might add. This is a franchise location.

Christopher ABest U-Haul experience I ever had. People were friendly and accommodating. The 20 ft truck I rented was clean, ran great and was fuel efficient. No issues whatsoever.
COLIN MStaff was friendly and very knowledgeable and welcoming. The location is super easy to access and was extremely close to my home. They have the equipment and truck ready to go upon my arrival and the pickup process was fast and efficient.
CARLA CAfter the upfront charge and the insurance, I traveled 61 miles and my bill should have been $110 with tax. As usual U-Haul has added additional charges. I just received notice of toll charges and that’s OK. But U-Haul is terrible about adding on charges and expecting people not to take action against them.
MICHAEL SThere were 4 10ft box trucks on the lot, none of which were actually reserved. I asked for one for a total of two hours. I was told they didn't have any. I go online and see that, yes, they do have them available, and ask why I can reserve one right now but they're saying they don't have any. They told me that if I can reserve it, then go ahead and do it online. I'm sorry, what? You can't just do it now while I'm standing here? Nope, gotta do it online. Then, after I do everything online, I get told that all my info didn't save except my name so they have to do everything again... at the desk... that they can't reserve anything for me with. After returning the truck, I drop off the keys at the desk. No problem. The next day I get a text asking me where I returned the keys because they can't find them. Five minutes later, I get a receipt for the transaction. Guess they found them. Pretty well disorganized all around.
Christopher KI paid for a dolly but was not given one due to it being a one way trip. However I was reimbursed by the drop off location!
NICOLE JDid online check-in/pickup, but no keys were in the lock box. Had to waste 15 minutes in line to pickup keys. Defeats the purpose of using the app. Disappointing experience.
MATTHEW FWhen we picked up the truck, they did not have a utility dolly. We ordered the appliance dolly, utility dolly and a furniture dolly as well. They told us they were out of utility dolly’s and they would refund it off our order. But they never did, so when we dropped off the truck and equipment at the Fort Worth Lone Star Storage, they charged us for it. I called to try to resolve the issue, and I had to leave a voicemail and no one has responded since.

ARMIN ABill was an absolute joy to work with. He went above and beyond to help us get the right truck needed to help pull our pumpkin patch hayride for the whole month of October! It was a great rental, and we are so appreciative of them!
JESSICA LTrailer transporter wasn’t inspected before renting it out, I was there a hour waiting for a tire strap to be changed out. I had mix match straps over my tires, and the one that was replaced slipped off my tire while on the road. The cranks to tighten the straps were rusty and barely working.

NORMAN HThe Toy Hauler is a really good unit to use and drive with. My only recommendations (not complaint) is if U-Haul can have the ramps modified to slide to allow loading and unloading some vehicles with ease. The Toy Hauler may be the best trailer U-Haul has.

Alfredo FEnsure that all equipment is ready for use. My Uhaul truck had a defective side mirror and no rear view mirror. When I requested to receive a different vehicle, none were available. The limited visibility made it very difficult to operate the vehicle, especially on the highway. I was concerned for myself and my passenger's safety.

ADITYA NAbsolutely terrible . There was a light on in the truck . I informed the person at the counter and he said just go with it . 10 min after I left the lots the low air tire light came on . I filled air , went another 1 hr and the light came back on . Again filled air and finished the work . And light came on again plus the trailer light came on as well . So poorly maintained . I wasted over an hour of my rental time going back and forth to fill air . Just terrible .
AMNA JNot having a tongue jack is a royal pain, as it takes 2 people (with strong backs) to lift the 12 ft trailer onto your hitch ball. Not balancing the trailer tires creates annoying vibration on the highway, especially long hauls. I checked the trailer tire pressures (after being advised by U-haul that I didn’t need to) after I couldn’t take the vibration after 5 hours of driving. One of the trailer’s tires was 113! Max pressure stated on the tire is 65. That could have been really bad. Do better U-haul as this is a super easy quality check.

PEDRO VThe windshield on van was filthy to the point of impairing vision and dangerous. We were charged for two gallons of gas that we should have not been charged for. There was more gas in the van then we picked it up. The staff at the location was asleep when the van was returned. Pathetic.
