Agent was not there. None of the contact numbers U-Haul provided worked. Finally got a cell number from a local and he never answered or called back. Finally U-Haul told us which should have been done to start with that you would send us a code to a lock box to get the key. We used it . Agent never showed . The premises look like a junkyard. Filthy , trashy. Needs an inspection. The agent was supposed to be there during regular business hours.Fire him. Close this site down and open elsewhere . How am I supposed to trust you again?Brett C.

Worst U-Haul experience ever. I have dropped off U-hauls at this place before and it hasn't gone smoothly, but it was just a drop off so no big deal. However, the place isn't well marked, there is no office or staff, and it appears to just be an RV park? This was the first time I had reserved to pick up here. When I called to let him know I was there to pick up, the owner was EXTREMELY rude. I was simply asking what I needed to do to get my equipment and he said "I'm on vacation, do you want me to fly there and do it for you?". It was completely unnecessary. I ended up cancelling the reservation and reserving elsewhere for another day.daniel G.

I got fleas on me inside the office. Workers were dirty and the office was a shed in the middle of several RV's parked close together. The trailer looked good and clean. I was offered insurance to cover the trailer in case of an accident. I decline. The trailer LEAKED profusely and ruined half my load. I was charged more than I was quoted over the phone.Amy C.

So I originally rented for a pick up in temple. Original pick up time was 2:00pm. I called at 10 Am to see if I could pick up the truck at 1230. All was fine. 12:15 I get a call that my truck was not going to be available. And I needed to drive 40 miles out of the way to pick it up which is Lott, Tx. The customer service agent would only offer a 50$ credit. This would be totally unacceptable simply because now I have to drive the 26ft truck 40 miles home, use that gas on top of the gas and time it took to get the truck. And what do you know my review previously was not contacted about. Horrible experience all the way aroundthomas C.

The truck that we pickup was not Service before seding us on a long trip to Florida. It brook on the highway about 399 miles away call Service it take 2 he still did not know what wrong with the truck. He put some fluid and send us on our way . Was not working we have to put in the fluid he gave us every stop when we gas. Dont they servic the truck before every long trip rental? And the truck is leaking too when we got home the next day all our boxes was wet it was raining on the way to Florida. The windshield is not working. Bad experience all from beginning to end. Been renting from U-haul for 25 years never this bad. Need to pull this truck before is something bad bad happen.VISALSANDAN H.

Use Diesel engines in the 26 footers instead of gasoline engines, save fuel expenses for customers. I really liked the parking break on the 26 foot Ford truck. The seat was comfortable on the long drive. Cruise control was convenient to use with no problems maintaining speed while also towing a trailer. The truck never felt under powered.marvin H.
Nothing. Dale was really helpful. We had to get a truck from cameron but they didn't have any that size at the location that was emailed to me. So mike called around and found a place. He end up talking to dale to see if he had a truck since we were giving the run arounds from the temple customs care service and he did have one. Thank u dale and mike for y'all help.sylvia A.

Not a comment for this location, but overall customer service. Always check to make sure they have your rental on location! I was called the day before moving and notified that the size of trailer I had reserved 2 weeks before was not available and they were downsizing me to a smaller trailer. After 1 hour on the phone, I located the size trailer we needed in a different town. Not a good way to do business Uhaul. I was in Waco TX two blocks from U-Haul dealership with 6-7 open trailers 5'x9' on the lot. I called U-Haul after hours and they gave me an appointment for the next day approximately 24 miles away with Frontier RV. The owner was very helpful and the site easily found. However, I sent my daughter back to the Dealership and she was told that she could get a trailer there after she told them that she did not have an appointment. Spend your time moving trailers around rather than prospective customers. I will never call for an appointment again may use another company if possible.ranbo S.
Have the program that you use for the application easier for your employer to use so it don't take so long. Poor man had to put my information in his computer 3 or 4 times before it finally accepted it. I must have been there over 45 minutes thanks to him being so kind and kept saying he was sorry it was taking so long. it really makes a difference when you have really nice people like him to work with.BRENDA S.

the person in charge of renting out the truck was not there on a saturday during business hours, he had a family emergency. I had reserved the truck online saturday morning, it was supposed to cost 39.99 plus 14.99 insurance and 1.oo a mile for a hundred miles. I was charged 50.00 o n Saturday but couldnt pick it up until Sunday afternoon, I was charged 187.00 on sunday but was told I wouldnt be charged until tuesday at drop off. The guy never showed at all, his grandson who was ill and not all together there i mentally checked me out. then the truck was stolen from me, I reported it right away, and then I get a bill for 2600 when they finally recover the truck 3 weeks later. The theif drove around in a 26ft uhaul for 3 weeks and noone noticed?? why no gps tracker? really not smart.TERESA F.
