the agent was sloppy, had trouble using his phone to ues our cards for payment, was getting the wrong amount. it took 45 minutes to do this rental outside under a tree.
Charles J.I had to drive over 23 miles to go pickup the equipment, when I had a Uhaul Store 3 minutes from my former house. Plus I never received a communication from Uhaul to confirm the location. This was ridiculous and put me behind the schedule on my moving day.
