The app pick up was terrible. I got there 5 before my rental took me almost 45 minutes to get the key to the truck which was bad to start off your day. Other than having to do all the pictures and check the truck out yourself before you get the truck then havingbto do it after feel like I was doing hauls job. The app never would load pictures of license so I had to call in then was on hold for 10 minutes. App needs work. Other people dropping truck off was dealing with same stuff and complaining.
