I believe I was overcharged for my rental... 26 foot truck, for 4 days, 200 miles (approximately)... Charged $464+ on rental; then an additional $294 on return (with a full tank). That's NOT what I was told/expecting!Mark W.

The office is listed as suite 10, it's actually suite 1. I wasted a lot of time trying to figure this out, and after not being able to find the first 2 trucks, I found one that had just been turned in and hadn't been cleaned yet. Not the locations fault, but maybe the address on the uhaul.com page can be updated to keep it from happening in the future.Troy B.

Tell the customer that the rental is due back in 24hrs. I myself wasn't sure how long I had to bring it back I didn't see that anywhere in the office or high light it on the paperwork. Nice employees!SCOTT S.
Rented car dolly for 24 hour period. Picked up at 9am and returned a few hours later. My receipt arrived in email a couple days later and it indicated I had rented 2 days. Jessica at the rental place helped me on pick up and return. The business is so busy they can't help customers in a timely manner. The car dolly had a strap that was torn half way through. The strap ratchets have not been serviced ever. A little oil is all they would need. I will NEVER rent from this location and will reconsider renting from U-Haul in the future considering this experience.CHRISTOPHER M.

they guy there went above and beyond what anyone would expect, the girls were nice too, but this guy went way out of his way to find me a truck and I cant even begin to tell you how appreciative i was for his help, so unfortunate i cant remember his name!! tall and skinny give him a raise!!JOHN K R.
Online pick up did not work properly and caused frustration and confusion. Ended up redoing everything inside office with staff. I rate the online process zero stars. I rate the staff that helped me five stars. Corporate needs to get rid of their online system and just go back to working with people! The truck was great. We had no problems with it on our drive from California to Maryland.Janice R.

Have dedicated staff that work the uhaul rentals instead of running there own shop and train the employees on how to rent equipment and use a printer. Truck was patched together piece of junk that had no fuel below the empty line and insisted that it had to be that truck I rented even though there were plenty of other units available.David P.

The Apple valley location was great and the customer service was perfect!!!! The original location in ontario was the worst ever!!!! They called me the day before I was to pick up my rental and told me they would not have what I need for my reservation. This was A very big deal for me as my plans were to leave the next day. There was effort to help me. They said if I want one there was one in apple valley or big bear and I needed to go go and get the equipment. This was the worst ever customer service I have ever had with uhaul!!!! I had to drive three hours out of my way to get what I had reserved!!!! This was very poor customer service!!!Michael C.

If u bring the truck back with more fuel, should reduce the overall price of the rental. They shouldn't b able to keep the extra gas that u paid for, and not get reimburse. Not cool, but charge me for going over miles.... kind of a RIP off...Deon D.

The location was fine but the online service wasn't, I was basically forced to pay extra for the $14 insurance when the site said I could choose the $5 insurance. Everytime I tried it wouldn't let me move forward with the reservation unless I chose a more expensive insurance. A $19 a day rental turned into $80+ for one day PLUS another $40+ for a second day PLUS another $30 charge to my card after the truck was returned, 12hrs early.Tina A.
