The vehicle was extremely dirty both inside and out. The cargo unit was not swept and had black dust all over. The windows were so dirty it was unsafe to drive and I stopped to clean them. When I checked out the vehicle the representative said I did not need to use the app since he was checking me out. He told me to use my camera to take notes of current vehicle damages. I later learned that I should have used the app but had to before I left. I could not find the fuel level on the contract and when I went back into the office to ask, the gentlemen that checked me in had left. Another gentleman there did not know where to find it and simply said to tell them it is half full. I explained what the directions said and he told me he didn't know anything about that. I took a picture of the fuel level. I called customer service after getting home to explain my situation and they did resolve for me and helped me at ease.

I said I didn’t location employee unable to process the rental agreement waiting on some one capable. U-Haul employee says I’ll check call you back no call ? I show up they say I canceled?!?!!? Just give me the trailer!!!! No 50 dollar sorry it wasn’t ready. Drop off smooth as butter.
Joseph GDrop this location as a pick up location…it is sketchy, I did not feel safe, nor could the person help with the rental or pick up issues. Took me 1.5 hours to pick up truck.

MARTIN STruck was filthy. Windows were dirty coffee spills all over the cab. I have a video and photos. I drove the truck 15 miles or less and was billed for 57 miles. My mistake was not to document my out miles.Horrible experience.
