Trailer not ready at appointment time. Waited 30 minutes left said call me when it’s ready. U haul calls asks why I cancelled? I said I didn’t location employee unable to process the rental agreement waiting on some one capable. U-Haul employee says I’ll check call you back no call ? I show up they say I canceled?!?!!? Just give me the trailer!!!! No 50 dollar sorry it wasn’t ready. Drop off smooth as butter.

Drop this location as a pick up location…it is sketchy, I did not feel safe, nor could the person help with the rental or pick up issues. Took me 1.5 hours to pick up truck.
