They charged me $25 for some gas receipts. Claimed there were other things left in the bed of truck but I didn't leave anything and the truck was exposed all night. When I called and confronted them the owners wife Nikki told me to â€œgo bitch to uhaul if I'm not happyâ€ I rent from uhaul regularly and would never use these people againRyan M.

While the location was well run with helpful staff, the U-Haul database needs serious help. It said that the car transport trailer was suitable to transport a 1964 full size Chevrolet pickup. This NOT true, the standard U-Haul auto transport trailer is not wide enough to fit the truck between the fenders without damage. I was not able to use the trailer at all, but this is NOT the fault of the location. I lost a whole day because of this error, and had to arrange an alternative trailer for the job. While I have no issues with the staff of the location, I will not recommend anyone trust the U-Haul reservation system for suitability of a particular job, and will likely never rent from U-Haul in the future.Arne B.

I don't know why uhaul would send anyone to this location. Difficult parking, no help, and it seems to be tacked onto several unrelated businesses run by the same people. I would never use this location again, especially when there's a good uhaul location right down the streetCHARLES M.
Truck was not ready at reservation time, had to wait an additional 30 minutes for them to check in a truck to re-check out to me. There were a few trucks sitting there in the lot, same size as what I reserved. Office was locked with big dogs barking at everything. Office reeked of urine and waste and they tried to cover with some cleaner. Was promised a discount due to the inconvenience and wait time but never received it.William S.

I dropped the trailer off on Saturday the 30th and she said she would check it in and email me the paperwork. They said I dropped off on 8/1 and emailed me the paperwork?? Just seemed odd the 2 day delay on saying I turned it in on 8/1 when it was there on the 30th.Nate B.

I was not informed about the 3 pm closing and was charged an afterhours late fee even though I was earlier than my scheduled time. I was charged for blankets I didn't even open. Half the blankets were not even folded beforehand. I had to take pictures of the truck above the orange line that had many scratches that were not marked so I wouldn't get charged for that too. The whole experience felt really unprofessional.Bruce F.
U-Haul is very user unfriendly in general. I had a scheduled drop off in East Springfield, OR and U-Haul directed me to a required drop off in Northwest Eugene, OR which is about a 1/2 drive away. There are at least 2 other closer drop off locations between the 2. Hopefully, I do not have to use U-Haul again.Dennis H.

I started over at the Glenwood location, and Ryan was excellent; he called me a week early an got me in for a tow package installment, and then made sure I had the right size trailer. Unfortunately my experience at hwy 99 wasn't great. The store was supposed to be open at 8 and wasn't until nearly 830, the whole place stunk because it's attached to a pot dealership, and then the office stunk of cigarette heavy smoke. It was not a pleasant experience.Cindy W.

Picking up the rental was disorganized. I had a 9 am pickup scheduled but it took until almost 10 before I was ready to go. There was only one person trying to do everything. The waiting area had dirty furniture and the place smelled of dogs and dog accidents. No apologies just a vague explanation that it was Saturday. Only complaint I have is the previous person who used the dolly before me had tightened the wheel straps too far and caused the thick part of the strap to get stuck in and area it isn't supposed to, thus causing me about 5 minutes of fidgeting per strap.Preston W.
They closed at 1 o.m. today but my truck was due back at 2 p.m. The overcab area leaked rain onto 3 large boxes of clean clothes, linens and leather coats (which have to be dry cleaned). We had to wait for roadside assistance to come replace the left wheel gasket because it was OVERFILLED with oil. It costs me half a day travel time on a 2960 mile, across the country move. Now I also have been delayed starting my new job until May 23rd.Melissa A.
