I contacted U-Haul several times to indicate that I did not rent a truck and that whoever did used my email address without permission. To date all I have received is more emails from U-Haul regarding my rental.

The pick up location was switched and was a lot farther 20 miles +/- than what was booked. The U-Haul had dog hair in cab and the bed of the truck was dirty. I had to clean both the cab and bed before using. Plus was charged for the insurance $28 and I didn't want this. The 40 extra miles was expensive for gas. When I book in advance I should not have to drive that far to pick up the vehicle and should be clean. The truck drove nice but still not happy.

The transmission went out on the first truck. I called to let them know it wasn't driving right and was basically told I had it in tow mode, which I didn't. I called back and got the voicemail. Finally after calling a few time I get someone only to be told to call roadside assistance. The customer service lady for roadside was very nice but it 4 hours to get a replacement truck. This set me behind and they charged me for the extra miles on the second truck. The final invoice was $60 more than what it should have been, had the first truck been maintained probably.

The lady that take care of Me was super rude and talked to me like I was a problem and it should have been me the attitude saying that I had to go to three different locations to get my U-Haul I will never use U-Haul again

2 days before pick up our pick up location was switched to a further location that fortunately did not impact our overall mileage, but did not allow for any wiggle room in mileage. The night before pick up, I got a notification that our truck size was reduced from a 15 foot truck to a 10 foot truck. Fortunately again, we were able to drive to the castleton location and they were able to call the pick up location and get us switched back to a 15 foot truck. Not sure how you can justify reducing the size of a truck 12 hours before pick up when the customer is moving states. Additionally, when we got to the pick up location for our 9:30am pick up, the store didn't open until 11:00. Fortunately again, the store owner got there around 9:45 and was able to get us our keys. Again, not sure why you would set a pick up time at a store that isn't even open for that pick up time.

A neighborhood dealer who my reservation was transferred to without notification. There was no pick up truck inspection, the truck was dirty and I didn't get the dolly I requested. Not only that, they charged me for the missing dolly that never made it on the truck. I sent an email to customer service with no response and the call wait times are consistently over an hour. Very poor experience.

Air fresheners in the cabin and cargo areas would be nice. Clean the seats. They were sticky from someone else's sweat Before applying missing fees for equipment check vehicle and premises and if not found call customer. If not found and no explanation provided THEN apply missing fee.

The truck was dirty. Food crumbs on the floor of the cab and dried mud in the cargo area. Employee was unorganized and not very friendly. Had to take extra time to find a dolly and furniture pads that I had rented.

Truck was not ready it had an inch of ice on it and a quarter tank of gas. I rented a furniture dolly that was not in the truck the 24/7 check in was not working and had to call 3 times to get access to the truck.

There was a dog in the furniture store that sniffed and ‘welcomed' guests. Not everyone is comfortable with dogs or could be allergic. This is very unprofessional.

(Disclaimer: nit picking) The lady at the front was a bit disorganized and it did take longer than I would have liked to pick up the vehicle. The vehicle did have a tire sensor warning on the dashboard, but as I was not going very far and the tires appeared inflated (and it drove fine, no pulling) I mentioned it as I was leaving and it was not an issue. Overall, it was an average experience, not the "best" but it was fine.

It is a small location so it has somewhat limited equipment but very easy to get a truck and efficient in getting through the rental paperwork

Your programmer that designed your app needs to be beat about their head and shoulders until they are bloody. You sent me a link the day before to input the drivers information, then I had to re-enter it at check in. I had set the pick up for Furniture and more in Indianapolis/Lawrence , and the drop off for Stones Crossing in Greenwood, near where I'm moving. I remember distinctly having to scroll through a bunch of locations to find that option because it wanted to default me going back to Furniture and More, I selected Stones Crossing (I have the order showing this). Then you gomers changed it to Furniture and More and had the gaul to charge me extra mileage for it. It'll be a cold day in hell before I use U-haul again after this.

The whole process of using your phone to get the u haul was interesting but time consuming but I got through it all. Your check check out out was simple but the invoice was not clear as far as what the end price of my total rental time. It was not clear enough for me to understand if I got charged the correct fees so i had to call and get the correct total of my rental fee and i was over charged but a correction was made and a refund issued back to me

Your app check in is completely silly, if I reserve a vehicle or trailer, you should ask for driver information and alternate contacts at that time, not when I'm checking in.

I rented furniture pads and an appliance dolly, and there weren't any in the truck. I rented a truck from the same location three days ago, with a utility dolly, and it wasn't in the truck. Very upset about this.

The online approval process was VERY long, especially with it being added into your reservation time! Also, I was charged for SafeMove insurance when I originally decline during the reservation process. I had to go inside to get this reversed which too MORE time. Besides the whole initial online process, everything else went smooth
