drivers side door key lock broken, engine very loud, truck shaky when driven, front lights set too high, vehicle very slow to get up to speed, very loud inside when driving, no wiper fluid

He took the key and sent us off. I asked if there was anything for me to do; he said no. If he had gone with us to check the car, I wouldn't have lost 30 minutes.
