Reserve my truck for a completely different location. A few hours before I got a phone call stating that I would have to pick up my truck elsewhere. When I picked it up, the truck was dirty exterior. It was some debris in the bed. I used it drove 19 miles at $.79 a mile. The 2995 rental. No one ever instructed me to do the Mobile app check in and drop off. I dropped off like I was instructed by the dealer where I picked up the truck at. Now they’re charging me $20 to check it in because I failed to use the app that no one informed me of. Not a very good experience.
