The entire process was bad. No keys. Store was closed. No instructions how to access vehicle. I went on call, chat, email, waited on hold for 30 minutes only to than dins out keys are in back with a lock combination that wasn't provided. Gas and billing was misleading. I've used Uhaul many times but likely will not be back after this experience

Truck was dirty in the cab, back wasn’t swept, passenger mirror was loose could barely drive safely. Reserved for 3:30 got it at 4:30. Got charged double for dolly and furniture pads.
