I dropped it off after closing hours almost 24 hours early but still got charged for a full day. This location is difficult to locate because it’s in a strip mall with other stores. I wouldn’t have found it if there wasn’t for a U-Haul truck being parked near by. They would benefit from a sign so customers know where which one of the many stores to choose from. Even Apple Maps shows it as a U-Haul location but not that’s it’s inside another store. Plus, pass 24 hours and haven’t received a final invoice.

The entire process was bad. No keys. Store was closed. No instructions how to access vehicle. I went on call, chat, email, waited on hold for 30 minutes only to than dins out keys are in back with a lock combination that wasn't provided. Gas and billing was misleading. I've used Uhaul many times but likely will not be back after this experience
Eric CTruck was dirty in the cab, back wasn’t swept, passenger mirror was loose could barely drive safely. Reserved for 3:30 got it at 4:30. Got charged double for dolly and furniture pads.
