I had several issues this time on my Thursday, May 28-29 truck rental. Most problematically, the location account had recently been changed from VTR Fresh Market to GG Gas Mart, and the on-duty cashier that was handling my rental had not also been switched over to the new account. No matter how many times he clicked on the reservation, it would not allow him to procss the dispatch. Perry from UHaul.com saved the day by phone. He couldn't fix things himself, but he connected me with Mel, the "regional manager?" for our area. She went the extra mile at 9:40ish pm and dispatched the truck to me over the phone. I'm still giving very high numerical ratings, because every individual seemed to do all that they could. It was extremely stressful, because thousands of dollars rode on my being able to leave with that truck!
