The lock box is Rusted and is very hard to get open. I call customer service for assistance and there was a 50-minute wait. The chat was a 10-minute wait I worked with the lock almost ripping the Box off of the wall before it eventually came loose.

It was impossible to get the key out, then I was charged twice for it
Daniela LOnly mark down on the location pick-up was where the truck was parked (the last parking spot next to a busy street). In order to obtain a decent photo of the drivers side of the truck, I had to stand in the busy road to get the full shot of the truck. Was not very well thought through. Otherwise, the location was ok. We had a different location originally, but they moved it on us at the last minute.
