The location at gasoline station was closed when i arrived around 11pm. Wasnt able to pump gas and had to contact uhaul customer service for guidance with drop off online. Spend over an hour thru dropping off process online.Ramiro C.

I was driving one way and told that I would be given the address of the best drop off. I was not given that information and it ended up costing me two hours as I figured out where to take the truck. The person who helped me last week at the same location was amazing! This week not so much.patrick P.
Notified the employee that the gas reading is incorrect at the time I picked up the truck and took a picture of it to show it to him. But he didn't fix it. I was overcharged for gasoline due to this and complained to UHaul customer ServiceLizhong W.

Better communication with customers. Got truck at 7:00 am, needed it for the 24 hrs advertised. Was told okay, bring it back the next day by 1:00 pm. Took it back at 1:00pm next day and was charged 2 days. ????? Asked and was told he meant 1:00 pm the day we got it. We told him we were moving from Whittier to Ontario. There is no way anybody could move that distance in 6 hrs. We will never rent from galaxy again and will tell others of our experience!Ronald G.
The agent did not seem to know their own process. They gave me the key to the wrong vehicle. I only noticed the error when the mileage on the wrong vehicle did not match up. The location is at a gas station and the process of picking up the truck was hindered by a steady stream of gasoline customers. There was no deicated U-Haul agent.John B.

I had scheduled reserved my rental pick up at 0600. The rental person finally showed up at 0630. I told him that I had a scheduled pick up. He proceeded to unlock gas pumps, I and wander around the store as if my time was not important and the persons waiting to help me with my move was not important. Less than professional!!!William D.

I had logged into my account ahead of time to expedite my check in and it took over 40 minutes to get my rental. I had ordered moving pads and they were not in the truck. I had several scheduled appts that day, I had to leave my boyfriend to finish the check out and was still late to meet people I was selling items to that day. The person checking the rental truck out to us did not seem to know what he was doing at all, and had a friend that did not work there helping him figure it out. Overall, not a good experience. The self dropoff is 100% nonfuntional. I had to make 4 calls over 90 minutes before I could drop the trailer. The first 1st call I was directed to a closed department. The 2nd call I was hungup on.The 3rd call the girl must have been new Everytime I asked her something she put me on hold . After about 20 minutes with her I come to find out she didn't even understand that I was trying to return a trailer through self drop off. I called a 4th time by now I'm pretty upset, as soon as the lady asnswered I explained the last 3 calls and she told me to just drop the trailer that they were having deployment issues with that feature. You need to promote the last rep and have her train people. She calmed me down (not an easy thing to do) and got me out of there.Fast.CHUCK C.
Truck was dirty , windshield and outer were horrible , usually before I get into truck guy makes me look over the truck for damages To note before I take it , usually guy double checks mileage , nobody did either , then told me to take pic of mileage , rather than have him come out to even verify , way to expensive , and gas was exactly where it was when I got it , I put in gas at their gas station and was still told it was under , not to mention nobody asked if I needed a dolly or utility dolly which I did I just had forgot all about it , had they asked I would of gotten one , I spent 86 dollars to rent it from , 8 am - approx 2pm , totally local trip and I've never paid that much for a truck 10 ft ever in my life through uhaul , so unhappy , and I need to rent again on Tuesday , and I'm just trying to decide where else to goMelissa A.

The attendant that work there was so very nice to me and my son. I would recommend that anyone in the world will be very happy to rent a U-Haul from that place. I am disabled but he made me feel like nothing in the world what's wrong with me and he treated us with high-class hospitality a five-star and with courtesy and respect. Very Slow Service Took over a half hour to get my rental. I would not recommend this site nor will I rent from there againKathy P.
The attchched trailer had no light and chain was broke. I drove from California to Texas with not knowing of the unsafe trailer. A truck almost hit me and when I figured out the lights were not working, I had to pulled over to wait till the morning to continue my trip. They was very fearful of my life and delayed my trip time too. The dealer that attchched the trailer told me that I was all good to go one my trips and that everything worked.TAMI L.
The employee at this gas station was alone and had to check out customers all while trying to assist me with my transaction. I ended up not taking the trailer due to a tail lights issue and we ended calling customer service to assist with canceling and refunding the charge. The customer service reps transferred me 3 times before someone was able to help me and try to explain to the employee on sight how to back out the order. He couldn't figure it out, so checked the trailer back in leaving me with an $8 safety tow/insurance charge on my card. Carol (phone customer service) was however extremely patient, helpful and did the best she could to assist me.jason P.

It took 50 mins to process the rental after already reserving the trailer online, not acceptable as previous times at other places 10 to 15 mins max to process rental, I'm not happy with the service.Michael L.

You should have service when client is only one driver and client come to pickup truck no boddy cant help him to take his car back to his house my advice to you make this kind of service like 20$ many people will use and client will not have to wait his friend availability to help him next day. The only thing they did was bring out the light adapter that we purchased to make sure it was the right one. No one from Vacationland touched trailer. We did everything. They didn't even make sure that we hooked trailer up right or that lights worked, etc. - absolutely nothing. If it wasn't for the fact that I actually knew what I was doing, this could have been a very dangerous situation. As a person who worked in a station that handled U-haul many years ago, I was appalled by the lack of service to make sure that everything was done correctly and that we were not even helped.EILLEEN W.

It was mostly due to weather that kept the regular U-haul person stuck at home, but it took me almost an hour to pick up my truck because the person on staff was not familiar with the renting process. He was very friendly and handled the situation well, but it just took awhile. It would be nice if all staff members were familiar with how to rent out a truck so that it wouldn't be a problem if bad weather or another situation prevents the regular person from being there.NAOMI P.
