They didn’t have my reserved truck and I was there for over an hour trying to get any truck I could. It was an unmitigated disaster. When I got hello futon the scheduling line they could log out of the reservation. They are party of the rain I would never use uhaul again.

MIGUEL GGet them more trucks & trailers. The customer service was far beyond any of the U-Haul locations I have rented from. I think his name was Ray. That guy is phenomenal & needs to be training Authorized U-Haul rentals. I’ve been to some places & make sure I do not rent from them again. I definitely will be back and think I’ve found my spot. Thank you All.
