Even though I paid for two dollies, and wanted to add on moving blankets at the site, they only had one dolly available, and one single moving blanket, rather than a full set. I was still charged for two dollies even though only one was provided!!! This was frustrating! And the reservation took an hour to complete, even though I had reserved online and done the pre-check in.

SANDIE WTheir system went down.. so much frustration.. finally after waited and remote checkout after huddles and huddles - got the key.. Smelly smoky car.. whoever used before smoked inside .. no one seems to keep van clean . Van had only 39K miles on it but seems 140k miles driven
