Their system went down.. so much frustration.. finally after waited and remote checkout after huddles and huddles - got the key.. Smelly smoky car.. whoever used before smoked inside .. no one seems to keep van clean . Van had only 39K miles on it but seems 140k miles driven

There were no blankets available at this location so the only thing I would suggest is to let the customer know ahead of time so they can make other arrangements.
