The rental of the 20 foot truck went pretty well. The uhaul price is hard to beat. However we had one issue where the attic leaked water and got both of our mattresses wet which really sucked, we had to put a fan on them to dry them out. We get the truck to avoid water!
Brian MTwo days prior to arrival, the location called and ensured my trip was going smoothly and when I expect to be in with the truck. This was on a Friday and they are closed on the weekends. I had no issue with that. When I dropped the truck off, I parked it out of the way and put the keys in the drop box. Pretty simple process. With an hour I got an email with my receipt. I will keep this location in mind when I use a UHaul again.

Angelo FThere was a bad rain storm on the day that I loaded the truck. The next day, water got inside the truck, damaged and ruined some of my furniture, clothes and other personal items. This is ridiculous and completely unacceptable! I had to throw away my entire bedroom furniture and purchase a new set. You should really check the integrity of your trucks to protect from water damage from a simple rain storm. This is truly pathetic and U-haul should be liable for this!
Manu SIt was raining and the parking lot was flooded. I had to step in 2 inches of water to get to the door of the building. The system kept shutting down when trying to process the rental. It took them 4 attempts to complete the paperwork because it kept shutting down halfway through the process. Staff was friendly and helpful through this frustrating experience.
Kent MThe truck had a small leak somewhere over the attic bay. There was water in it after a storm on saturday. This wasn't an issue from Gameover's part.
Trent PThe truck we reserved was not available, It was supposedly rented out the same morning, but we got the next size up rental truck at the same price. Too many added on fees by uhaul.
