I reserved a 15' truck multiple days before the pickup day. I was told 1 day before the pickup that it had been moved 30 miles north of where I was moving house to. The only way I could figure out to resolve this was to reserve a larger 20' truck instead and it was still 15 miles away instead of at the original pickup location I had selected which was like 1 mile away. I had to increase my deposit amount overall just so that I could get a truck that was somewhat close to me. What does Uhaul even do if they aren't moving trucks around to help customers lives? Another Issue is that I had paid for a handcart and a dozen moving blankets to be in the truck, neither were in the truck when picked up.
