The trailer that I went to get wasn't swept clean
CONNIE GI was somewhat dissatisfied with the equipment return process. The closing time for that facility is 6:00 PM. I arrived at 4:50 PM and had to call U-Haul's central office to find out where to leave the equipment. The site's gate was padlocked, and the office was closed. Finally, after waiting for nearly an hour, an employee showed up and took the equipment. It seems that the posted business hours are not strictly observed at this location.
Luis MThis place it’s at is not clean on inside dog hair all over chair the lady was nice but how they rate the truck for u to pay by guessing then tell u the amount then when you turn the truck in it’s a different amount that’s not right then I call U-Haul call customer service I talk to 3 different people and tell them get to the right person they have you on hold for so long til you just hang up bed experience with trying to see why I have to pay more then what I paid

I felt being able to do this for myself for the first time. This was my first time renting a U-Haul truck for myself and I had the best experience ever like I had done it already before everything was grab and go and I really needed to get things going and I was able to get a lot done. Perfect size truck. Perfect customer service and I would recommend everyone I know to this establishment. Thank you so much for your great customer service

Craig DThe staff was friendly enough, but when I picked up the trailer, I was told a new tire was installed on the trailer on the driver's side. When I pulled out of the location onto a very busy, heavy traffic road the trailer started shaking and bouncing behind my SUV. I had to pull off to call U-haul for service due to the unbalanced ride. Eventually, it was discovered that the newly installed tire was unbalanced, but it took two service calls to U-haul and many hours of me stranded roadside to figured that out. Otherwise, the process for pickup was fine.
