First of all the young lady who served me at the pickup location was quite pleasant, but unfortunately, did not speak any english, so there was a lot of miss communication regarding the default milage you receive when renting, so it ended up costing me a extra $25.00, at the end of the day. Also no paperwork was given to me when I picked up the unit. I did receive it afterwards via email. The drop-off location at Jean Proulx went well and the young lady who served me was very pleasant, and explained to me all that should have been explained when I first picked up the unit. The truck was clean, and ran well, the only thing that is a bit of a pain, is regarding the gas and it having to be returned with the exact amount that was registering when picked up. The truck was just shy , or just over a certain mark on the gas guage, it was not full when I picked it up, like you would expect it to be, so trying to replace the exact amount of gas is a bit of a challenge, and a little of an advantage to U-Hall, because I managed to replace what was there, and a bit more..maybe fill up the units before renting them out..
