They tried to over charge me. One of the employees came to my house unannounced. When I dropped off the truck they tried to over charge me for gas. The employee called and text my phone numerous times harassing me for gas money and lied when I returned the truck. I took a picture of the gas before I left the lot and the gas was half full. He said he took a picture before I took the truck and it was fulI. will be calling corporate to submit a formal complaint. Do not go to this location. They are trying to hustle people out of there money, and they will show up at your house unannounced. Very unprofessional! I’ve never had to deal with this before with any other location.

Had what I needed when the larger places didn’t. Very polite, down to earth representative, quick in and out on pickup and return. Truck functioned as expected. Thanks!

He said i was going to not get charged for the dolly and the furniture dolly and the pads and i got charged he said i would get that refunded and i never did

I got charged 12 dollars for 3 gallons of fuel, well knowing that I left the truck over a 1/4 of the tank.

They charged me twice for the insurance and added miles that I did not use. The business claimed it was a furniture store, but it was nothing like that. They should investigate that place. They stole from me — a rental of approximately $50 turned into $120 just like that, with no explanation. He is a thief. Be careful.

They quoted me 49.95 for the big truck and ended up charging me 99.90 They algo said it would be .89 per mile I believe and also charged mes 1.09 per mile.
