Box to retrieve the key was around the corner on the front of the only store on the block. Was no where near where it was described in the app. Also I had originally picked a location so I could actually speak to someone during pick up but you all changed my pickup location a couple days before pickup because you said my rental was no longer available at my original selected pickup location. My only option was to pickup at another location and do self pickup. For first timers self pickup was not easy to navigate and having to provide two more validation options was a bit annoying.
